• Content you submit to configure your AI agent (knowledge base, instructions, preferences) is used solely to operate and personalize your configured agent.
• Interaction logs between you and your AI agent may be reviewed by our team to improve service quality, resolve issues, or ensure compliance with these Terms.
• We do not use your personal knowledge base content to train general AI models shared with other customers without your explicit consent.
• Third-party AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic) may process prompts as part of delivering responses. These providers are bound by their own data processing agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: third parties that assist us in operating the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, CRM tools, AI model providers) under strict data processing agreements.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of clientes.ai or others.
